About The Position
Romexterra Restoration is a leading construction company, specializing in high-quality restoration and renovation services. We're committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team. We are looking for motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners identify restoration needs and guide them through the sales process.
Requirements
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in home improvement, restoration, roofing, construction, insurance, or real estate is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors.
- Basic technology skills and the ability to use CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and door-to-door outreach.
- Conduct residential exterior inspections for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and storm-related damage.
- Educate homeowners on restoration and remodeling solutions.
- Explain insurance claim processes when applicable and present retail pricing or financing options.
- Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and manage sales opportunities in the CRM.
- Build lasting customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the project process.
