About The Position
Paramount Builders, a 1-800 HANSONS company, is seeking driven individuals to join their sales team. This role offers pre-qualified leads, meaning no cold calling or door-knocking is required. The company provides comprehensive paid training, including product knowledge, ride-alongs with top performers, live installation visits, proven sales techniques, and hands-on coaching. The goal is to equip representatives with the confidence and tools to succeed in closing deals using a one-call-close sales process. This position is ideal for those who love to compete, desire unlimited earning potential, thrive in performance-driven environments, and are coachable and goal-oriented. Previous experience in home improvement, HVAC, automotive, retail, or insurance sales is beneficial, but not required if the candidate is driven and ready to learn.
