Outside Sales Representative – Residential Fix & Flip Real Estate
About The Position
NetWorth Realty is seeking ambitious, hardworking individuals for a long-term career in residential real estate sales. This is a 100% commission role with no base salary, offering uncapped earning potential and advancement based on production and performance. Agents will find and evaluate distressed residential properties, build relationships with buyers, present properties, negotiate transactions, manage their sales pipeline, and work with industry professionals. While agents do not perform property renovations themselves, they provide guidance and support to buyers throughout the process.
