Outside Sales Representative – Residential Fix & Flip Real Estate
About The Position
NetWorth Realty is seeking ambitious, hardworking individuals for a long-term career in residential real estate sales. This is a 100% commission role with no base salary, offering uncapped earning potential and advancement based on production and performance. Agents will find and evaluate distressed residential properties, build relationships with buyers, present properties, negotiate transactions, manage their sales pipeline, and work with industry professionals. While agents do not perform the property rehabs themselves, they provide guidance and support to buyers throughout the process.

Responsibilities
- Find and evaluate distressed residential properties
- Build relationships with buyers and develop new business
- Present properties and negotiate transactions
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with buyers
- Work with real estate agents, title companies, and other industry professionals
- Build repeat business and long-term relationships
- Provide buyers with guidance and support throughout the rehab process
