About The Position

NetWorth Realty is seeking ambitious, hardworking individuals for a long-term career in residential real estate sales. This is a 100% commission role with no base salary, offering uncapped earning potential and advancement opportunities based on production and performance. While agents do not perform property renovations themselves, they provide guidance and support to buyers throughout the process. The company offers comprehensive, hands-on, and ongoing training, including initial pairing with a seasoned agent, tutorials, videos, in-person coaching, and Zoom training. Successful agents can advance into senior roles, management, leadership, or even open their own NetWorth Realty office.

Responsibilities

• Find and evaluate distressed residential properties
• Build relationships with buyers and develop new business
• Present properties and negotiate transactions
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with buyers
• Work with real estate agents, title companies, and other industry professionals
• Build repeat business and long-term relationships
• Provide buyers with guidance and support throughout the process
