About The Position

Capital Business Systems is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to start a professional sales career. We provide full training and ongoing support to teach you how to succeed in outside sales by building relationships with local businesses, managing your own territory, and growing your income over time. You will receive hands-on training, coaching from experienced sales leaders, and clear milestones to help you build confidence and succeed. You'll be joining a supportive team that has been helping businesses since 1982, with a focus on developing people, recognizing hard work, and giving new reps the tools to build long-term careers.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently throughout the day

Nice To Haves

  • Previous CRM or sales experience is helpful, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Prospect and generate new business in your territory
  • Meet with clients to identify technology and workflow needs
  • Present customized solutions and proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements
  • Maintain customer relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Track activity and opportunities in CRM software
