About The Position

AICA Orthopedics is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Healthcare & Legal sectors in the Macon Area Markets. This field-based, full-time role involves managing two distinct channels: urgent care centers and personal injury attorneys. The representative will be responsible for building relationships to ensure urgent care clinics refer patients to AICA and that personal injury attorneys make AICA their first call for their clients' medical needs. This is a relationship-driven role requiring adaptability, human connection, and community building.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in outside sales, territory management, or healthcare liaison calling on medical facilities OR 5+ years in personal injury (legal, insurance, medical billing/collections, or case management) with strong field-based relationship skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships in a field-based role.
  • Comfortable operating across two distinct professional audiences — healthcare and legal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a multi-channel territory independently.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and comfort with daily driving throughout your territory.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships within the local healthcare or PI legal community.
  • Experience calling on urgent care centers, orthopedic practices, or specialty medical offices.
  • Familiarity with auto accident injury care, medical liens, or PI case dynamics.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Make regular, in-person visits to urgent care centers to build relationships with staff and providers, ensuring AICA is the preferred referral destination.
  • Provide branded materials and maintain visibility to combat staff turnover in urgent care centers.
  • Build relationships at the ownership and regional admin level in urgent care centers to drive referral culture.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with personal injury attorneys and their staff.
  • Educate legal professionals on AICA’s care model and its benefits for their clients.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for attorneys on the medical aspects of personal injury cases.
  • Conduct regular outreach and account reviews with key legal partners.
  • Own both the urgent care and personal injury legal channels across the assigned territory, managing time, schedule, and priorities independently.
  • Identify high-value accounts and develop strategies to deepen engagement.
  • Track all activity and partnership engagement in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Provide market intelligence to leadership regarding competitive activity, territory trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff and positive first experience for patients from both channels at AICA.
