Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience
  • Industry experience in industrial hose, hydraulics, fluid power, construction, manufacturing, or MRO strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for success in the territory
  • Hands-on experience with hose assembly, repair, or application support
  • Proven ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts in a competitive market
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product applications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with strong time management and territory planning abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, cold outreach, and field engagement
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and increasing share of wallet
  • Act as a trusted advisor—recommend hose, fittings, and fluid power solutions based on customer needs and applications
  • Manage your territory strategically to meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and product recommendations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools
