Responsibilities include conducting research to understand client needs, presenting tailored PEO solutions, closing sales deals, making sales calls, moving prospects through the sales process, delivering IPs and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to qualify prospects. Effective management of the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools, and staying updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market are also key aspects of the role.
