About The Position

This role focuses on promoting sales and providing account service to assigned and potential customers within the Spec Gas sector. The primary goals are achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include contacting existing accounts and making cold calls to potential targets, both onsite and via phone, to improve gross profit and secure new business opportunities. The role also involves enhancing the profitability of existing accounts by understanding and leveraging value propositions, supporting marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches, and securing long-term relationships through negotiation of product supply agreements. Accurate account setup and pricing data are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

At least a High School Diploma / GED.
Bachelor's Degree or higher.
At least five to seven (5-7) years of sales experience.
Prior sales success and defined sales process is critical for this role.

Nice To Haves

Industrial gas experience.
Welding experience.
Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus.
