About The Position
Dove Storage owns and operates 13 self-storage facilities across multiple states and is growing fast. This role requires a driven, self-motivated representative to cover Ohio and identify potential self-storage properties for acquisition. The representative will visit self-storage facilities to connect with owners, gather property information, and facilitate the sales process. Dove Storage handles underwriting and closing, while the representative focuses on lead generation and sales.
Requirements
- Must have own reliable vehicle.
- Must be located in Ohio.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

- Real estate or property knowledge.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face conversations.
Responsibilities
- Drive to self-storage properties within a one-hour radius to connect with owners.
- Identify owners who may be open to selling their properties.
- Gather key property information from interested sellers.
- Work with the internal team to move deals forward.
- Focus on lead generation and sales, as underwriting and closing are handled by the company.
