Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or home services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • All candidates need to pass a background check before joining the team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess plumbing needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of our plumbing products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare estimates, present financing options, and close sales.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive prospecting and follow-ups.
