About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a B2B role with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This position offers a base salary, uncapped commissions, and full benefits. The company provides best-in-class training to ensure success. Year 1 on-target earnings are projected between $90,000-$100,000, with potential for more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected between $105,000-$125,000. The base salary is $46,000. Additional support includes an auto allowance, cell phone & internet reimbursement, parking & tolls reimbursement, and gas reimbursement. The total first-year fixed compensation is approximately $53K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside. Allowances and reimbursements may vary by location and usage. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Selling Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
