This position is for an Outside Sales Representative in the Lancaster, PA territory, targeting motivated individuals to build a successful career in business-to-business sales. The role involves establishing new accounts and developing relationships within the Lancaster County area, with a focus on cold calling and new account development. PSI seeks self-motivated and positive individuals committed to solving customer packaging needs and growing with the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field (or equivalent in work experience).
- 3+ yrs of prior experience in an Outside Sales Representative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
- Intermediate experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to calculate formulas, commissions, measurements, and percentages.
Responsibilities
- Develop New, Profitable Accounts
- Sell and Service Existing Contacts
- Act as a Liaison between Clients, Vendors and Internal Staff
- Prepare and deliver proposals & presentations
- Maintain consistent contact with clients
- Ensure Customer Specifications & Expectations are Met
- Follow-up on past due accounts
- Assist in preparing annual sales forecasts
