The MONCTON BRANCH has an exciting opportunity for an AFTERMARKET OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join their team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience selling heavy-duty parts sales role preferred or similar industry (Agriculture, Equipment, Trailers).
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a 5-year clear abstract with no major infractions.
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements: Occasionally required to lift and/or move up product from 50 to 100 lbs from floor to waist, travel to customer locations on roadways and highways for long periods of time, frequent sitting, standing and walking at customer locations.
  • Able to work overtime and evenings when required.
  • Fluency in French is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment including CRM (Salesforce).
  • Excellent demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including both written and verbal.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, with a commitment to safety excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in French is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer locations, engage with current and new customers and build strong business relationships, promote the FGI brand and FGI products.
  • Utilize CRM and regular reporting to identify opportunities with accounts to sell current and new products to customers.
  • Forecast and develop potential sales orders for all customers.
  • Provide reporting on accounts outlining customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Review new product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends as they are released.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop leads and support products in the field.
  • Participate in training programs with vendors, sales reps and other cross development areas.
  • Work closely with regional managers, branch managers, corporate head office and inventory support teams to ensure product and service delivery including supporting yearly inventory audit.
  • Conduct industry related presentations.
  • May deliver parts to customer locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
