About The Position
The Outside Sales Manager is a dynamic leadership role responsible for accelerating business growth while supporting operational success. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the commercial cleaning industry (required).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or service-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, floor care, and restoration services.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead operational activities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for growth and high performance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new commercial clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase service offerings.
- Perform live demonstrations of services (e.g., carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning).
- Develop proposals and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat and recurring revenue.
- Perform hands-on cleaning and restoration services as needed to ensure quality standards.
- Create work orders and coordinate with technicians for accurate service execution.
- Conduct quality control inspections and follow up with clients post-service.
- Assist with scheduling, resource planning, and day-to-day operations.
- Support and guide a small team to maintain service excellence.
