As we continue to grow, were seeking a driven Project & Sales Manager to join our team and help homeowners protect their biggest investment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and check in with repair crews to ensure projects start on time and run efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients throughout repair and replacement projects, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Sell pre-qualified lead overflow projects provided by the companyno cold calling required.
  • Educate homeowners on roofing systems, warranties, and available grant programs.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospects to guide them through the sales cycle.
  • Initiate insurance-related jobs and coordinate with adjusters when needed.
  • Collaborate with the admin team to keep the CRM and sales pipeline updated and schedules accurate
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Represent Willis Roofing as a professional, knowledgeable brand ambassador.
  • Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge.

Benefits

  • Base Pay & Commission: $3,000/month base + 5% commission
  • Earnings Potential: Typical first year $60k-$75k+ (no cap on commissions)
