Revamped Security, a rapidly growing ADT Authorized Dealer, is seeking a competitive and energetic District Manager to lead their San Antonio outside sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership experience, a proven track record in sales, and a strong desire to win and earn. The District Manager will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating a sales team while also actively participating in sales and closing deals.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Leadership or outside sales experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate an outside sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Produce personal sales and close deals with new homeowners.
- Run team meetings, celebrate wins, and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Conduct field rides with new representatives to provide training and support.
- Develop performance goals and track team results.
