About The Position

Weimer Bearing is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Rapid City, South Dakota, part of our ISC division. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing a dynamic sales territory. Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with your co-workers
Proven ability to prospect, develop leads, and close business
Willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned territory

Nice To Haves

Outside sales experience preferred
Experience in power transmission, bearings, or industrial sales is a strong plus
Mechanical aptitude or industrial distribution knowledge is beneficial

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned sales territory with daily travel
Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Create lasting partnerships with local OEM and MRO customers
Identify customer needs and provide effective product and service solutions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support
Learn Weimer Bearing’s products, services, and sales process through a comprehensive training and mentorship program
Consistently pursue opportunities for territory growth and long-term customer success
