As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building lasting partnerships within your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Proven experience in prospecting and new business development
  • Experience using consultative selling approaches
  • Experience with Monday.com as a CRM or sales workflow tool
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling industrial equipment or service/support offerings
  • Experience managing customer relationships end-to-end, from first contact through ongoing account management
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel within an assigned sales territory

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a defined sales territory, driving results and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to generate consistent new business each month
  • Develop and expand a $1M+ territory through proactive prospecting and relationship-building
  • Manage customer relationships from initial contact through long-term account partnership
  • Utilize Monday.com as a CRM and sales workflow tool to track activities and opportunities
  • Maintain high activity levels to ensure a steady flow of new business
