Outside Sales - HVAC
About The Position
VP Supply Corp is a family-owned distributor of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical supplies that has been serving contractors across the region for over 60 years. We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Outside Sales Representative to help grow our HVAC business in the Buffalo market. This is an uncapped sales role with real earning potential for someone who is hungry, competitive, and ready to build a career. Prior HVAC sales experience is a plus, but it is not required. We will train the right person. You will be backed by a strong internal sales team, experienced HVAC salespeople, respected leadership, and technical support to help both you and your customers succeed.
Requirements
- A motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Someone who is coachable, competitive, and willing to learn
- Strong follow-up and follow-through
Nice To Haves
- Prior HVAC sales experience
- HVAC, wholesale distribution, construction, trade counter, or big box experience
Responsibilities
- Grow HVAC sales in the Buffalo territory
- Build relationships with contractors and new customers
- Hunt for new business and follow up on opportunities
- Promote quality HVAC products and solutions
- Work with internal sales, technical support, and operations to deliver great customer service
- Represent VP Supply professionally in the field
