About The Position

Connoisseur Media is seeking an Outside Sales Executive in Sherman, Texas, to sell marketing solutions including radio, event, and digital products and services to small and regional businesses and advertising agencies. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and representing the company and its digital arm, Ferocious Digital. Success requires motivation, sales experience, goal orientation, and the ability to conduct consultative conversations to drive sales for the Sherman-McKinney cluster and McKinney station, as well as Ferocious Digital. The company offers a fun and casual culture.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of sales experience.
A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
This position requires a fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Experience in building strategic presentations and dynamically presenting them to clients.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Prior industry experience.
