About The Position

This role is for an Outside Sales Estimator at Rinderle Door Company. It involves building relationships, identifying customer problems, and creating lasting solutions for doors, docks, and access systems. The position requires a mechanical mind and a focus on customer service, with the goal of seeing projects through from initial contact to final invoice. The company has served Southeastern Wisconsin for over 40 years and emphasizes trust and doing what's right. The role is technical/mechanical sales, requiring the individual to walk facilities, diagnose mechanical and electrical problems with doors, docks, and access systems, and translate these findings into clear, accurate quotes and solution recommendations. While not requiring a technician's background, it demands a problem-solving mindset similar to one. The company is looking for someone who is proactive, a team player, and takes ownership of their results. Backgrounds in commercial door and dock service, mechanical or electrical contracting, industrial maintenance, school services, facilities management, HVAC, or construction are considered a good fit.
