About The Position

As Edition Dental and Setai Dental continue to grow their clinics in Toronto, they are looking for an Outside Sales Coordinator who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and driving patient growth through community-based sales efforts. This role sits at the intersection of outside sales, community outreach, and patient acquisition. The coordinator will represent the clinics in the field, develop strategic partnerships, and proactively identify opportunities to bring new patients into the practices. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, outreach, or a similar role
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
  • Is confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with new people daily
  • Has a sales-driven mindset and enjoys achieving measurable results
  • Builds trust quickly and maintains strong professional relationships
  • Is organized and able to manage multiple outreach and sales initiatives
  • Thrives in dynamic environments, both in the field and in collaboration with clinic teams
  • Brings energy, initiative, and a growth-focused attitude

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new patient acquisition opportunities within the community
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and referral partners
  • Develop partnerships that generate consistent patient referrals and long-term growth
  • Represent the clinics as a brand ambassador in the field
  • Attend and coordinate presence at local events, health fairs, schools, and community initiatives
  • Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and promotional activities
  • Educate potential patients on services, offerings, and patient experience
  • Distribute marketing materials and create awareness of clinic services
  • Act as a first point of contact for prospective patients and guide them into care
  • Support and execute referral programs and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with clinic and marketing teams to align outreach with growth goals
  • Track, manage, and report on leads, conversions, and sales activity
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive repeat and referral business
  • Work closely with clinic leadership to align sales efforts with practice objectives
  • Provide insights from the field to support marketing strategies and patient experience improvements
