About The Position

Anytime Dental Group, backed by Passion Dental Group, is a fast-growing network of clinics in Ontario. They are seeking Outside Sales Coordinators to build relationships, generate new business, and drive patient growth through community-based sales efforts. This role combines outside sales, community outreach, and patient acquisition, requiring the coordinator to represent the clinics in the field, develop strategic partnerships, and identify opportunities to bring new patients into the practices. The company aims to create modern, accessible clinics deeply rooted in their communities, offering convenient, patient-focused, and relationship-driven experiences both inside and outside the clinic.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, outreach, or a similar role
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with new people daily
Has a sales-driven mindset and enjoys achieving measurable results
Builds trust quickly and maintains strong professional relationships
Is organized and able to manage multiple outreach and sales initiatives
Thrives in dynamic environments, both in the field and in collaboration with clinic teams
Brings energy, initiative, and a growth-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare or dental is an asset
Experience working in diverse or multicultural communities is an asset
Second language proficiency relevant to the community is an asset
Valid driver’s license and access to transportation may be required

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new patient acquisition opportunities within the community
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and referral partners
Develop partnerships that generate consistent patient referrals and long-term growth
Represent the clinics as a brand ambassador in the field
Attend and coordinate presence at local events, health fairs, schools, and community initiatives
Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and promotional activities
Educate potential patients on services, offerings, and patient experience
Distribute marketing materials and create awareness of clinic services
Act as a first point of contact for prospective patients and guide them into care
Support and execute referral programs and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with clinic and marketing teams to align outreach with growth goals
Track, manage, and report on leads, conversions, and sales activity
Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive repeat and referral business
Work closely with clinic leadership to align sales efforts with practice objectives
Provide insights from the field to support marketing strategies and patient experience improvements
