About The Position

System Pavers is growing and seeking motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultants to join their sales team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs, help bring their visions to life by discussing project estimates and personalized design possibilities, and measure outdoor spaces to design personalized solutions. The company is the nation's leading outdoor remodeling company, transforming outdoor lifestyles through remodels that add lasting value to homes since 1992, with over 85,000 homeowners served.

Requirements

  • Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career.
  • Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology.
  • Must have your driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.
  • Self-motivated: Driven by a desire and the ability to meet and exceed your performance goals through friendly competition amongst your team.
  • Great Communicator: Excels in both verbal and written communications.
  • Personable: Known for your outgoing personality and professionalism.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Loves the idea of helping homeowners fulfill their outdoor living dreams through projects that add lasting value and beauty.
  • Satisfactory passing of a standard background check.
  • Clean driving record when driving for the job is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction experience a plus.
  • Passion for home improvement and/or experience providing high level customer service (I.e., windows, bathrooms/kitchens, solar, hospitality, auto sales, real estate, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport.
  • Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
  • Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
  • Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contracts, etc.
  • Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads.
