About The Position

Lifestyle Home Products, a leading manufacturer and provider of Sunrooms, Windows and Doors, partnered with True North Bath, is seeking driven individuals to join their sales team. The company has over 35 years of experience bringing value and trust to partnerships. This full commission role offers significant earning potential with a minimum On Target Earning (OTE) of $80,000 CAD per year and uncapped commissions. The company emphasizes building a team of high performers who are motivated by results and the thrill of closing deals. They provide pre-qualified leads, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Flexibility to travel locally for home visits.
Highly motivated and disciplined.
Availability during evenings and some Saturdays.
3–5 years of commission sales experience is strongly preferred.

Generate profitable growth.

Participate in daily team huddles and strategy sessions.

Travel assigned territory for in-home customer visits.
Negotiate using sales strategies, promotions, and financing options.
