About The Position

System Pavers is seeking a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Consultant to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs, help them visualize their dream space with personalized design options, and provide project estimates. This position offers significant earning potential, with first-year performers expected to make $125k+ and top performers exceeding $200k.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is not required but you must have a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career.
• Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology.
• Must have your driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.
• Self-motivated: You are committed to making the most of every opportunity you're presented with as well as creating your own opportunities. You will leverage every resource available to you and have a desire for continuous learning & development.

Responsibilities

• Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport.
• Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
• Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
• Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contractors, etc.
• Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads.
