About The Position

Join Bumble Roofing of Greater Western Chicago, IL as an Outside Roofing Sales Rep. and unlock your earning potential. This is a W-2 Base salary plus commission sales role ideal for experienced professionals in roofing, solar, or home improvement sales. If you’re a strong closer who thrives in a performance-driven environment, this is your chance to represent a trusted brand and earn $100K+ annually. This role primarily covers DuPage County (Naperville, Downers Grove, Carol Stream, Wheaton, Addison, Chicago and nearby areas). We provide qualified leads, full backend support, and industry-leading tools—while you also build your own pipeline through networking, canvassing, and referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales (roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred)
  • Strong closing skills and excellent communication
  • Self-motivated, organized, and independent
  • Comfortable performing rooftop inspections
  • Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM and digital tools
  • Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check required

  • Insurance claim experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home roofing consultations and inspections
  • Present solutions and close deals with confidence
  • Generate new business through canvassing, networking, and referrals
  • Follow up with company-provided warm leads
  • Educate homeowners on roofing materials, warranties, and installation options
  • Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain client communication from first contact to project completion
  • Track appointments and sales progress using digital tools
