Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to complete assignments with minimal supervision and in a timely manner.
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Nice To Haves
- Medical office experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of all records.
- Complete daily tasks including such as: Following up on all outside referrals marked as required, pending, and sent referrals.
- Documentation of outside referrals
- Patient notification of outside referrals
- Assist schedulers with starting referrals as needed.
- Overflow scheduling
- Provide support in record collection for closing the referral loop.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
