About The Position

Mr. Handyman of Hendersonville is looking for a high-energy Outside Marketing & Sales Representative to help us grow by generating leads, building partnerships, and representing our brand across Middle Tennessee. 🚀 What You’ll Do This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk role. You will be out in the field every day:

Requirements

Outgoing, confident personality (you enjoy talking to people)
Self-motivated and driven to hit goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Sales or marketing experience is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

Attend local events, festivals, and community gatherings to promote our services
Visit neighborhoods, real estate offices, property managers, and businesses
Build referral relationships with agents, HOAs, and local partners
Follow up with past customers and generate repeat business
Set appointments and help drive booked jobs for our team
Represent Mr. Handyman with professionalism, energy, and confidence
