About The Position
As a Field Rep, you'll be responsible for generating appointments with homeowners by introducing them to our premium residential home products and services. This outside canvassing opportunity provides a road to rapid advancement for the right individuals as we're a fast-growing company seeking future leaders. You'll go door to door surveying neighborhoods to generate free, no-obligation inspections and consultations with homeowners for their much needed home improvement needs.
Requirements
- No experience required but always considered a compensatable bonus.
- Any related experience dealing with field marketing, surveying, canvassing, sales, retail, or other marketing/customer service experience.
- Good communication skills, able to hold a conversation and educate homeowners on our products and solutions.
- Must be comfortable using a Smartphone or Tablet.
- Quick learners who can think on their feet.
- Must be comfortable working outside in all types of light weather trends.
- Must be able to gather customer information and schedule appointments.
- Full time is a requirement.
- Must be willing to work some light evening hours.
Nice To Haves
- Related experience dealing with field marketing, surveying, canvassing, sales, retail, or other marketing/customer service experience is considered a compensatable bonus.
Responsibilities
- Generating appointments with homeowners by introducing them to premium residential home products and services.
- Going door to door surveying neighborhoods to generate free, no-obligation inspections and consultations with homeowners.
- Working closely and directly with the Field Canvass Marketing Manager through hands-on mentoring.
- Walking, knocking, and talking to generate leads with homeowners for free inspections and consultations.
- Knocking on doors, pointing out home problems, and offering a solution.
- Participating in morning meetings to track canvass results, statistics, and receive 1 on 1 team training exercises.
- Using a company-provided tablet to generate, schedule, and track leads.
- Gathering customer information and scheduling appointments.
