About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and professional Outdoor Host to join our team at The Seagate Beach Club. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our property, members, and guests while maintaining a welcoming and service-oriented environment. The Outdoor Host will monitor access to the club, provide courteous assistance, and help uphold the high standards of hospitality that define The Seagate experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Clear, concise, and polite communication style.
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift, carry, and push objects up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to maintain well-paced mobility for up to an 8-hour shift.
• Flexibility with break times.
• Comfortable working in extreme outdoor temperatures

Responsibilities

• Welcome hotel guests and members to the beach club.
• Verify that individuals seeking entry are authorized hotel guests or members.
• Maintain a friendly, upbeat, and professional disposition at all times.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with guests, members, and colleagues.
• Uphold familiarity with resort policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
