About The Position

This is a full-time Outside Fuel Sales Representative position based in Broomfield, CO. The role involves meeting sales goals by creating and converting new leads into long-term business partnerships, prospecting in an assigned area daily, and supporting current customers. The representative will be responsible for keeping customer information updated in the company's CRM system and learning products to effectively explain them and suggest appropriate options to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience
  • Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Positive and coachable attitude who wants to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable talking with people
  • Set goals, works hard, and achieves them
  • Reliable, dependable, and follows through
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and remains calm under pressure
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
