About The Position

This position is consistently open and accepts ongoing applications. The Outside Fuel Sales Representative will meet sales goals by creating and converting new leads into long-term business partnerships. The role involves prospecting in an assigned area daily, assisting and supporting current customers, and keeping customer information up-to-date in the company’s CRM system. The representative will also learn the company's products to explain them clearly and suggest the right options for customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience
  • Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Positive and coachable attitude who wants to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable talking with people
  • Set goals, works hard, and achieves them
  • Reliable, dependable, and follows through
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and remains calm under pressure
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
