About The Position
We are seeking an Outside Fuel Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals by creating and converting new leads into long-term business partnerships. You will prospect in your assigned area daily, help and support current customers, and keep customer information up to date in the company's CRM system. A key part of this role is learning our products to explain them clearly and suggest the right options for customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience
- Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive and coachable attitude who wants to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills and comfortable talking with people
- Set goals, works hard, and achieves them
- Reliable, dependable, and follows through
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and remains calm under pressure
- Works well independently and in a team environment
