Requirements

Understanding and/or interest in fiber-optic cabling, installation, and electrical background.
Basic computer, networking, and home technology knowledge.
Experience using industry tools and equipment such as drills, cable cutters, splicers, and hammer drills.
Ability to read prints and follow color-coded routing plans.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
Willingness to share knowledge and support team development.
Safety-first mindset with strict adherence to safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Ability to climb ladders up to 30 feet and hand-climb utility poles using gaffs.
Ability to work in confined spaces, including manholes.
Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in physically demanding environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to maintain insurability under company auto insurance guidelines.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
