About The Position

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to sell Electronic Security Equipment in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. As a Security Integrator, the company offers a comprehensive range of products including Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Parking Revenue Systems, ID Badge Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles. This role involves managing relationships with commercial businesses and influencing the purchase of electronic security equipment and services.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts is preferred but not required.
  • Strong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industry.
  • Technical aptitude to work with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Parking Revenue, Electrified Hardware, and other disciplines of electronic security is essential.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and cabling subcontractors where applicable.
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Must be an aggressive hunter skilled in generating leads and developing new business.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Call on commercial accounts in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
  • Personally manage relationships with commercial businesses in need of security equipment.
  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of electronic security equipment and services.
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
  • Other duties as assigned.
