About The Position

The Outreach Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to the Outreach Team, ensuring effective coordination and implementation of outreach activities across community agencies, schools, courts, and families. This role is responsible for managing team performance, developing strategic outreach plans, maintaining compliance with contracts, and supporting partnerships that increase client access to services. The Outreach Supervisor collaborates closely with the Director of Programs Director and other agency leadership to support organizational goals and community engagement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field related to social services or education.
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Must be able to provide their own vehicle, vehicle insurance and have current FL driver's license in case of emergency.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Outreach Liaisons to ensure effective service delivery, professional development, and accountability.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor outreach strategies and engagement goals in alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders including schools, courts, and social service agencies.
  • Oversee and evaluate the coordination of client referrals and outreach activities to ensure timeliness and quality.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and complete performance evaluations.
  • Monitor documentation and reporting for accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Telehealth outreach initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and complex referral situations.
  • Represent the organization at community meetings and events; may require occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Track data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and prepare reports for leadership and funders.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Programs on continuous improvement strategies and resource development.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adherence to agency policies and procedures at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Programs.
