Allegheny County is seeking multiple part-time Outreach Specialists to connect with people who currently receive social services or may be eligible for them. In this customer-facing role, employees provide communication support for projects within the County Department of Human Services (DHS) Office of Analytics and Technology (OAT). The role also includes logistical support across OAT projects, such as light data entry and file management. The position is remote and temporary, lasting at least six months, with an expected schedule of 20 to 29 hours per week. The schedule is adjustable from week to week to align with customer availability and project timelines. If hired, the employee will work for partner agency Community Family Advocates, onsite at Allegheny County DHS.
