About The Position

Houston Pediatric Dental Assistant School is seeking a visionary, relationship-driven Outreach and Program Director to lead community engagement efforts and build strategic partnerships. Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic community, healthcare, and workforce development partnerships

• Represent Houston PDAS in professional forums, community coalitions, and advocacy spaces
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the organization's strategic growth direction
