Outreach/Marketing Specialist Home Care Services

About The Position
The Outreach/Marketing Specialist for Home Care Services links referral sources—including physicians, skilled nursing facilities, adult family homes, hospitals, social service organizations, health plans, and other referral sources—with Evergreen Home Care Services (EHCS) services and management. The role keeps referral sources informed about EHCS services, promotes those services, and assists with marketing strategies and program development.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in marketing, public relations, pharmaceutical or medical sales, or another related health care field.
- Current Washington State driver's license and proof of insurability.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or a health care-related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain collaborative relationships and clear communication between EHCS management and referral sources.
- Stay knowledgeable about trends in EHCS programs and issues important to EHCS management and clinical staff.
- Participate in customer service measurements and functions, collecting, analyzing, and sharing information with EHCS management.
- Assist with marketing strategies and program development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
