This role ensures Outreach Specialists are consistently active in the field—attending events, conducting street sweeps, initiating conversations, and identifying new opportunities—while providing the structure, strategy, and accountability needed to scale outreach efforts. The Outreach Manager serves as the primary link between field outreach, marketing, and sales, overseeing event strategy, team scheduling, outreach performance tracking, and continuous improvement of outreach execution.
