About The Position

At Anythink, we believe that everyone is creative, and that creativity comes in many forms. As Outreach Guide, you are an ambassador and a connector-bringing library services beyond our walls and into neighborhoods, schools, senior centers, community events, and Express Libraries. You love being out in the community, meeting new people, building authentic relationships, and connecting individuals to the resources they need. You design informal learning opportunities that create magical, transformative experiences that inspire. You are knowledgeable about what's trending in the book world and can recommend something for any age. You are excited to work with the Outreach Manager and team to build strong partnerships with local organizations and identify opportunities to reach underserved populations. Through your work, you expand access, strengthen connections, and leave every community member feeling valued, inspired, and excited about what the library can offer. Curious about Express Libraries? At Anythink, Express Libraries are a self-service location that offer curated collections, technology access, and essential library services in community-centered spaces, expanding access beyond traditional branch buildings. You will coordinate programs, manage Express Library and outreach collections, and ensure that every interaction reflects the welcoming spirit of our library. If this describes you, being an Outreach Guide at Anythink could be your dream job.
