Under general direction of the Director of Outreach and New Student Programs, the Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and continuous assessment of comprehensive outreach, recruitment, and enrollment initiatives designed to increase access and enrollment of prospective students. The incumbent exercises independent judgment in planning and executing recruitment strategies, identifying opportunities to strengthen enrollment pipelines, developing collaborative partnerships, evaluating program effectiveness, and recommending improvements that enhance prospective student recruitment and enrollment outcomes. The position also provides lead work direction to professional staff and student assistants, supports international recruitment efforts, and manages assigned budgets.
