This role is responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to various teams, including PAATHS and Street Outreach, to ensure quality service delivery. The position involves conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, developing client-centered care plans, and offering direct consultation to staff on crisis intervention, overdose prevention, and complex case management. The Outreach Clinician will support staff in engaging hard-to-reach clients using motivational interviewing, trauma-informed, and harm reduction principles. They will also participate in case conferencing, coordinate with internal and external partners for client resources, and assist with data collection and quality assurance. Administrative duties include overseeing staff recruitment and supervision, ensuring documentation compliance, and participating in an on-call rotation. The role requires operating independently with discretion in decision-making affecting program operations and staff.
