About The Position
Substance Abuse Center of Kansas is seeking to fill a full-time position for an Outreach Case Manager in the Wichita area. This position will be primarily working with unhoused participants in various shelters including encampments, shelter environments, and permanent supportive housing programs.
Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain certification as a Kansas Certified Peer Mentor
- Knowledge in the area of substance abuse and aspects of recovery and community resources
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in the use of computer applications
