About The Position

Evergreen Treatment Services (ETS) has been dedicated to transforming lives through innovative addiction and social services in Western Washington for over 50 years. The REACH Program, part of ETS, focuses on individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health conditions, aiming to foster community health and safety through outreach, relationship building, healing interventions, and systems advocacy for people who use drugs. REACH provides outreach-based care coordination, multidisciplinary clinical services, and support for accessing and maintaining housing, all grounded in harm reduction principles that respect individual dignity and stages of change. The program actively incorporates a racial equity lens to dismantle systems of oppression and address historical trauma. The goal is to build a robust behavioral health response that diverts individuals from the criminal legal system by rebuilding community and providing services for marginalized populations to thrive. REACH offers a range of services, from survival support to linkages with housing, legal assistance, healthcare, entitlements, and accessible treatment for substance use and mental health conditions. The team is committed to creating a welcoming environment and providing tailored services, valuing diversity of lived experience, racial equity, social justice, hard work, creativity, and a good sense of humor.
