About The Position

Arboreal Management, the property management arm of Great Expectations, is seeking a Leasing Associate for several North Seattle PODS. This role involves becoming the face of the communities to prospective tenants and contributing to the company's growth. Arboreal Management manages over 6,000 apartment homes and focuses on providing affordable, innovative, and profitable housing in the Pacific Northwest. They emphasize collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and community building.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities
• Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations
• A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AppFolio or other leasing/PM software

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites
• Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies
• Manage social media campaigns and online listings
• Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases
• Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team
• Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcome
