Outreach and Enrollment Specialist

The Outreach & Enrollment Specialist I is responsible for enrolling qualified patients into state-funded medical assistance programs and facilitating enrollment in clinic discounted fee programs for uninsured individuals who do not qualify for state-funded assistance. This position also develops and maintains working relationships with local organizations and county service agency personnel to establish collaborative outreach efforts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years’ related experience required.
- Working knowledge of Medicaid, CHP+, and Connect for Health Colorado required.
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred.
Responsibilities
- Enroll qualified patients into state-funded medical assistance programs.
